Coco’s is a $100,000,000+ chain of full-service family restaurants with an annual media budget at that time of $4,200,000, placed through the media division of their advertising agency.

We conducted a media cost analysis, documented with actual station invoices, which demonstrated our ability to deliver substantial savings and were awarded the business.

Result
We immediately cut over $1,000,000 (yes, one million dollars) from Coco’s media budget which went directly to the company’s bottom line. We delivered an approximate 30% savings over their previous plan. And we improved sales by better targeting their audience, along with improved quality daypart distribution and programming selection.

Our results subsequently earned us the right to compete for sister chain Carrows media business on which we also delivered superior results.
